We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact, matcher and owner forms, including name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size and finca details, plus the reference code shown on each form so we can match a WhatsApp conversation to the brief you sent. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type) through Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your finca listing request. Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Third-Party Services
Our site uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Google Apps Script to record the enquiries you send us. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the message you choose to send goes to WhatsApp under its own privacy policy; we do not control how WhatsApp handles it.
Affiliate Disclosure
Rent Fincas may receive a referral fee from a finca operator when an enquiry we pass along becomes a booking. This does not affect the price you pay. We do not sell your details, and we only share your brief with the operator we match you with.
